What is the usual format and time frame?

Saturday from 9am - 3pm with a break for lunch works well for most people, however we're flexible according to your schedule.   Presentation is usually classroom style for large group or roundtable discussion for a smaller group

Do we need to provide special equipment?

We present using PowerPoint so a screen or flat wall is needed.  Electricity and a stand for the laptop and projector should be available. Let us know if you already have a LCD projector.  Otherwise we can bring one. A projector is not necessary for small groups.

How far in advance should we schedule a seminar?
Two months or more, however if you need to meet right away then let us know and we will check our schedule.  Remember, though, that travel expenses are usually higher when given a short notice.

Do you work for a particular church denomination, school association, or curriculum company?

No, Christian School Development does not have a special relationship with any church, association, company, or ministry.

What are Mr. Richter's qualifications?

What else is included along with the presentation?

In addition to the five-hour presentation on how to start a Christian school at your church or community, groups will receive a copy of our guidebook for each participant.  Inside the guidebook is a feasibility study completed for your demographic area and a sample first year school budget. There is also a set of laws for starting a Christian school in  your state.  You will also receive a resource CD with several parent/student handbooks, by-laws for a Christian school, and various administrative forms. We will remain available to answer your questions by phone or email for up to a year after the seminar at no additional cost.

Do we need to make any of your travel arrangements?

It is easier for us to make all of the arrangements, however just let us know if you would like to be involved.
